What's inside the cake is just as important as to how it looks. Sponge flavours include, but are not limited to:

These can be sandwiched with buttercream, cream cheese frosting, ganache, lemon/orange curd or even a little jam, if desired.

Gluten Free Cakes - it is possible to make your cake gluten free. They still taste as delicious (especially the chocolate sponge) yet allow you to indulge.

Dairy Free Cakes - with huge progress in free from ingredients, dairy free cakes and icing are moist and tasty too.
